Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed/unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend using a carrier with tracking when shipping items back to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at kanthacollectionusa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all refunds are issued in the form of store credit and that any shipping costs are deducted from the total refund amount if applicable.

Wrong item received and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please remember that our products are one of a kind, vintage and up-cycled. Any loose threads, patches, or other perceived defects to the product are in fact a part of the vintage charm and eclectic, bohemian nature of Vintage Kantha.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Made to order items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please contact us for an exchange authorization at kanthacollectionusa@gmail.com. As all of our products are one of a kind. To ensure that you get what you want, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will issue you store credit for you to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given store credit in the form of a gift card by email.
